In the fishing town of Ísafjörður, Iceland, there has just been an innovation in terms of road safety. More specifically, it is a pedestrian crossing that seems to be 3D through an absolutely brilliant optical illusion. Thus, drivers will increase their attention and at the same time will slow down instinctively, to allow pedestrians who seem to float, to pass on the other side. It was the idea of Environment Commissioner Ralf Trylla after seeing a similar project in New Delhi. Let's see some pictures a little below.
